About Me

Most business owners are fully capable of handling their billing, documents, and admin, but they didn't start their business to spend their days on paperwork. 

I am a Fractional Operations Manager with a background in customer service, real estate, and legal support. I partner with small businesses to take that load off their plate so they can put their energy toward building revenue and doing the work they actually enjoy. 

The name Just Ask Toshia wasn't something I came up with; it's something people have always said about me. 

Throughout my career whether it was a colleague with a question, a client who needed answers, or someone that needed direction, the answer was always: "Just Ask Toshia."  Helping people find the right answers is always my favorite part of the job, so I decided to make it official. 

My approach is backed by over 20-years of hands-on experience in managing companies and my studies in Organizational Leadership (B.A.S.).
